Taiwan - November 16, 2006 - ETS-Lindgren announces the opening of a new office in Taiwan to better serve its customers. This office will provide customers with regional sales support and program management expertise, as well as access to the full resources of ETS-Lindgren's support centers worldwide.
This is the first office ETS-Lindgren has opened in Taiwan, but one of many in Asia that provide customer service. The company currently operates a manufacturing facility in Beijing, China and has several offices in Asia that provide local sales, engineering, and program management services.
Mark Mawdsley, Managing Director of Asian Operations for ETS-Lindgren said, "The opening of this office is part our global strategy to be as responsive as possible to the needs of our customers." He added, "By deploying nearby support centers with native speaking support professionals, on local time zones, we can quickly communicate ideas and respond to the needs of our customers."
The opening of the new Taiwan office, located in the bustling city of Taipei, coincides with several other ETS-Lindgren developments in Asia that include facility expansions, personnel additions, and new business contracts.
