Cedar Park, Texas, July 2, 2007 – ETS-Lindgren announces two versions of their new single probe solution for making E-field measurements between 10 MHz and 40 GHz. The HI-6153 LaserPro is laser-powered and can take field readings over an infinite time period. The HI-6053 Field Probe uses rechargeable AAA NiMH batteries and can take field readings over a 30 hour or greater time period before recharging/replacing is required. Both probes have a dynamic range of 2.0 – 800 V/m (1200 V/m optional). Users of older HI-4450 and HI-4453 probes and corresponding FP series probes can upgrade performance by substituting either of these two new probes.
