Finland - March 14, 2007 – ETS-Lindgren's Finland facility received notice that its management system is compliant to ISO 9001:2000 for "The Design, Manufacture, Calibration and Construction of Electromagnetic Compliance Equipment and Facilities." Det Norske Veritas (DNV) conducted the certification audits.
Hanna-Leena Makitalo, Managing Director of ETS-Lindgren's European operations said, “We believe quality assurance should be at the core of all processes. Training every employee and empowering them to share in this responsibility helps us achieve our goal.” Ms. Makitalo continued, “As a result of our ISO 9001:2000 certification, customers will have a quality standard they can rely on.”
The Eura, Finland facility is one of two ETS-Lindgren locations that have achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. The other facility is the company's Cedar Park, Texas location, which also serves as ETS-Lindgren's world headquarters.
