Enter Drawing to Win a Free Scholarship at EMC 2011!
CEDAR PARK, Texas, August 8, 2011 – With its decades of experience in the EMC test chamber industry, it was a natural progression for ETS-Lindgren to share this expertise with others interested in learning how to perform EMC compliance testing. ETS-Lindgren now offers a three day course to do just that. With a unique combination of classroom discussion and practical, hands-on testing in a 3 meter EMC test chamber, course students learn firsthand how to perform radiated and conducted emissions and immunity tests.
Visitors to ETS-Lindgren booth 311 at the 2011 IEEE International Symposium on EMC in Long Beach, California may enter a drawing for a free scholarship to an upcoming course. The winner only needs to fund his/her own travel expenses to attend; all learning materials and instruction are provided at no charge! Upcoming course dates for 2011 include September 13-15 and December 6-8 at ETS-Lindgren’s world headquarters in Cedar Park, just north of Austin, Texas. Course instructors are experienced EMC experts with practical lab experience.
Not only will students be taught how to perform the test, but they will gain an understanding of the test methodology. Testing is performed according to published standards, including ANSI C63.4; FCC Parts 15 and 18; CISPR 11, 16 and 22; IEC 61000-4-3; EN 61000-4-6 and SAE J551, among others.
